The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation was founded in 1955. The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives by funding research and drug development, promoting individualized treatments, and ensuring access to high quality, specialized care.
Locally, our chapter has 14 events per year, which helps raise between $1-2 million per year, to directly fund research. Whether your taste runs from hiking; cycling; golf; food & wine; football tailgating or walk-a-thons -- we have an event for everyone!
Please see the event calendar on the chapter home page to see how you can participate and help make CF stand for Cure Found!
