Click Here to Read the Story of 65 Roses 65 Roses® Art Gallery Donation Form We welcome you to participate in the development of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's 65 Roses® Art Gallery. This art gallery will serve as an opportunity to appropriately honor and remember those who battle cystic fibrosis (CF). Since 1965, the term "65 Roses" has been used by children of all ages to describe their disease. But, making it easier to say does not make CF any easier to live with. We are seeking donations of rose-themed artwork to help us as we continue to raise money to find a cure for CF. All submissions will be part of an ongoing, travelling art display and be sold, based on the artist’s suggested price, to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s medical and research initiatives. Artwork of all media types is encouraged, ranging from photography, jewelry, sculpture, painting, etc. We simply ask that all submissions incorporate our rose theme and be submitted in gallery-ready condition. To participate, please complete the Donation Form to ensure that you are properly noted as a donor and supporter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. A donation receipt will be mailed to you for tax purposes.  The 65 Roses® Art Gallery will premier at the 12th Annual Savoring the Salt City event at the Art & Home Center at the New York State Fairgrounds on September 21st, 2009. To have your piece be displayed at this event, your submission must be received no later than August 18, 2009.
