Savoring the Salt City is a cuisine-sampling event that features the area's most talented chefs and their specialties. Local and surrounding area restaurants, bakeries and wineries will present samples in grand style for hundreds of guests.
Utilizing three rooms within the Art & Home Center on the New York State Fairgrounds campus, you will be entertained with live music from Dan Cleveland in the Onondaga Beverage Corporation Somerset Room and Lauren Barriger in the Excellus BlueCross BlueShield Broadway Bistro.
