| Welcome to the Western Carolinas Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, based in Charlotte, NC. We conduct fundraising events throughout Western North Carolina and the South Carolina Piedmont area (Rock Hill/Tega Cay/Fort Mill), and would welcome your involvement with open arms. Volunteers are the key to our success! Whether you join a committee and help get sponsors for an event, recruit companies to put together walk teams, or volunteer in our office, your involvement will help us achieve our mission -- curing and controlling cystic fibrosis.
