BJ’s Wholesale Club Partners with CFF

Through a special arrangement with BJ’s Wholesale Club we are able to pass along another way of raising more dollars for your Great Strides Team and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Through this special arrangement with BJ’s your membership is only $35 for 15 months and BJ’s Wholesale Club donates $5 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for every membership that is sold! (Regular membership is normally $45 for 12 months.)

Every person can sell to their family, friends, and neighbors and take advantage of this $10 off the regular membership and three free extra months.

Current members will add the fifteen months to their current expiration date, they do not lose any time! This is truly a win-win situation and should be very easy to raise a lot of money!

Place your team's name on the membership form and then you may make as many copies as you want of the form and a Welcome Letter. Simply fill out the form and mail it back to the CT Chapter of CFF to be processed!

Note: This Membership Application will not be accepted for processing at any BJ’s Wholesale Club location. This special membership offer is not available at any BJ’s location. You MUST mail your completed form to the CF Foundation with payment in order to be processed. You will receive a Temporary Membership Card while your application is being processed so that you can enjoy the benefits of your BJ’s Wholesale Club membership immediately.
