Schools in Dayton and the surrounding vicinity align with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Dayton Chapter’s CureFinders®. Program.
The CureFinders program benefits students by encouraging them to help other children, while educating them about cystic fibrosis (CF)—a life-threatening genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. Students who participate in CureFinders® will raise valuable funds to support the vital research and care programs of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has additionally officially launched new elements!
This program Encourages students to raise funds and for classrooms to compete to raise the most money for their school! The new element—the Youth Leadership Council (YLC)—will be comprised of high school and middle school students that are nominated by their schools or someone in their community. We are still seeking nominations to the YLC. If you know of a high school or middle school student who is outgoing and energetic, please nominate them!
