The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation organizes events throughout the year to raise funds for CF research and care. We serve the CF community, which includes people with CF and their families, volunteers and donors in Southeastern Pennsylvania, as well as South Jersey and Delaware.
We are very proud that the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation was founded in 1955 by a group of parents right here in the Philadelphia area. Thanks to the extraordinary support of our volunteers and supporters over the year, the Foundation is achieving unprecedented progress in developing new therapies to treat CF but our work is not yet done.
We invite you to be a part of our team of patients, families and friends, medical professionals, researchers and donors, volunteers and staff, all dedicated to curing and controlling Cystic Fibrosis. We hold many events throughout the Delaware Valley so that we can continue to raise funds for life-saving research and one day say that CF stands for Cure Found. Our calendar of events includes: formal and informal dinner dances, a series of GREAT STRIDES walks throughout the Delaware Valley, golf and tennis tournaments, wine openers and many other wonderful events.
