Great Strides is the CF Foundation's largest and most successful fund-raising event. Tens of thousands of co-workers, clubs and organizations, friends and families come together each year as one community for one cause…to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis. Walk day is a fun, family-oriented celebration that includes a healthy 5 kilometer (3 miles) walk, kids activities, food, and festivities that participants look forward to year after year.

There are many ways to participate in Great Strides and help make a difference in the lives of those living with cystic fibrosis.

Register to Walk
Walkers can raise funds and walk as an individual, as part of a Friends & Family Team, Corporate Team, Care Center Team or with your local civic group or organization.

Become a Sponsor
Companies, businesses and individuals can support Great Strides through local and national sponsorship. Highlight your company as a corporate leader and gain positive exposure by affiliating with a winning team.

Sign Up as a Pin-Up Partner
Retailers across the country are signing up to sell Great Strides pin-ups for $1 or more to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. National Partners include Party City and CVS/pharmacy.

Volunteer
Volunteers are needed to help with walk day activities and logistics. Lend a hand at your local walk site or join a Great Strides committee.
