Great Strides is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's largest national fundraising event boasting participation from tens of thousands of dedicated supporters. On National Great Strides weekend, 13 Indiana communities come together for one cause....to help find a cure for CF. The commitment to extending life for those with CF is zealously pursued through the simple act of fundraising...to the tune of nearly $690,000. Thirteen sites, 263 teams, 2,379 walkers, ONE CURE!
