There has been a change to this year’s tournament entry fee.  Participants have been given a choice to pay a $25 registration fee or to raise a minimum of $50 in pledges, thereby waiving the registration fee.  To register and reserve your place in this tournament please call 608.298.9902.  If you register online (http://madison.cff.org/bowlforbreath), you will be contacted with 72 hours of your registration.  All registrations will be held with a credit or debit card.  All fundraising must be turned in on or before January 30, 2010.  If you choose not to participate or do not raise the required $50 pledge minimum, your credit card will be charged $25 within 72 business hours of the tournament.

Once you have registered online you will be contacted by CFF staff within 72 hours to collect additional information including your shift choice.
