The Single Greatest Night in Jacksonville

The 2009 “Single Greatest Night in Jacksonville”, presented by Harrell & Harrell, PA and Southeast Spine & Rehabilitation honoring Jacksonville’s Finest is in its thirteenth year. This event honors outstanding single men and women who have exemplified leadership qualities, are active in volunteer roles, and /or have excelled in the Jacksonville business community. Those chosen will be among the most prominent, influential and successful singles in the city. This year’s event is expected to raise more than $130,000 to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. This exciting evening will include heavy hors d’oeuvres for an expected 400+ guests, a cash bar, an awards presentation, dancing to live music, bidding on exclusive auction items and the opportunity to mix and mingle with our honored guests.

What Is Cystic Fibrosis?

  • CF is a life-threatening genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive systems of tens of thousands of young people.
  • One in 31 Americans (more than 10 million people) is an unknowing, symptomless “carrier” of the defective CF gene.
  • Each time two carriers conceive, there is a 25 percent chance that they will have a child with CF.
