Welcome to the Central Florida Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Today, because of Foundation support, there are over 30 potential CF therapies in our drug discovery and development pipeline. The CF Foundation, in fact, spends more money on drug research than any other disease foundation in the country. Smart Money Magazine has ranked the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation #1 among health organizations to donate. Nearly ninety cents of every dollar raised goes directly to the research and care programs of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
In addition, our innovative business model brings together a winning combination of talented people and creative strategies, and takes risks in order to advance progress. The Foundation helps to expedite clinical research and supports a nation-wide network of 115 accredited CF Care Centers, including two in Central Florida.
Our Central Florida chapter is responsible for the fundraising efforts of six counties across Central Florida. Each event relies on volunteers and corporate partnerships in order to create awareness of cystic fibrosis and to raise necessary research dollars. |
