Culinary delights and savory wines were the main attraction at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s 4th Annual Food and Wine Festival at Baldwin Park on Saturday, March 3, 2007. The event was a great success raising over $71,000 to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis.
More than 30 local restaurants, chefs and distributors were on hand with samples of their lavish bites and glasses of their premium wines for food and wine enthusiasts to enjoy. Award winning gourmet tasting stations included Bonefish Grill, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Primo at JW Marriott, and Café Tu Tu Tango.

“Our hope in bringing together some of the area’s most recognized and awarded food and wine vendors and businesses, is to provide an enjoyable event for the community and elevate the awareness of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation,” said Bellsouth Vice President Judy Spencer, who served as the 2007 Food and Wine Festival Corporate Chair.
