The CF Foundation will be honoring Western New York’s Rising Stars, young professionals, who show exemplary leadership, are active in their community, and have excelled in their profession or business. The honorees will receive many benefits including the personal satisfaction of helping to save the lives of children and adults with cystic fibrosis – a life-threatening disease.

The CFF Rising Stars is a 90 day campaign that begins with an honoree kickoff reception and culminates with an awards presentation. Between the kickoff and the awards reception a number of networking activities take place along with a mid-point rally.
