STUDY BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Tests measuring mucociliary clearance can help determine how well a drug or therapy designed to improve mucus clearance works in a patient with CF. Mucociliary clearance is important for keeping the airways clear of bacteria and viruses. The body's natural mucociliary clearance is impaired in Cystic Fibrosis patients. This study will look at standardizing the measurement tests for mucociliary clearance across 3 CF centers.

>= 50 Percent Predicted
