STUDY BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
This study will seek to identify ways to detect CFTR activity that would indicate a study drug is effective in patients with cystic fibrosis. New ways of measuring study drug effectiveness will be compared to traditional ways. This may lead to better research study designs testing the effectiveness of drugs in patients with cystic fibrosis.
