Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Infections by ELISA Testing

STUDY BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
This study will examine a method to detect antibodies against Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in the saliva of young children with CF. This is based on the thought that anti-Pseudomonas antibodies are made in the saliva of young children due to infections with Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. It is hoped that if this method detects these antibodies it may help identify early beginnings of Pseudomonas infections.
