Median Age of Survival Continues to Rise

An increasing number of people with cystic fibrosis are living into adulthood and leading healthier lives. In 2007, according to the Foundation's Patient Registry Annual Data Report, the median predicted age of survival for people with CF rose to 37.4 years of age, up from 32 in 2000. This important number has grown by nearly six years in the past seven years alone.
