Great Strides

Great Strides is the CF Foundation’s largest national fundraising event. Each year, tens of thousands of co-workers, friends and families come together and walk in support of one cause: to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis. Since the first walk in 1989, hundreds of millions of dollars have been raised to support the search for a cure.

Other Events Around the Nation

Each year, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation hosts a wide range of special events across the country — from galas to golf tournaments. National corporations and local business can get involved in these events by participating or becoming a sponsor. Employees also can lend their time and talents as volunteers at a fundraising event.
