- Community Health Charities (CHC) – CHC is a payroll-deduction giving program that allows employees to designate the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as their charity of choice. Employers can support our lifesaving work by participating in this employee-donation program.
- Combined Federal Campaign – Federal employees can make contributions to the CF Foundation through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Our National Designation Code is 11406.
