Workplace Giving

Give your employees the opportunity to contribute to a cause that matters to them by including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in your workplace giving program. Employers also can encourage their employees to support the mission of the CF Foundation through one of the following:

Company Matching Gifts

Double your money! Many employers have matching gift programs that will match an employee's personal charitable donation. Find out here if your employer offers matching contributions.

Other Employee Giving Programs

Community Health Charities (CHC) – CHC is a payroll-deduction giving program that allows employees to designate the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as their charity of choice. Employers can support our lifesaving work by participating in this employee-donation program.
Combined Federal Campaign – Federal employees can make contributions to the CF Foundation through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Our National Designation Code is 11406.
