The Aptalis CF Cycle For Life is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s premiere cycling event.
CF Cycle For Life rides are hosted in dozens of cities across the U.S. and take bicyclists through some of the most scenic terrains in the nation to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Choose from two routes: a 25-30 mile course perfect for any skill level, or challenge yourself with a 65-mile ride for experienced cyclists.
Each CF Cycle For Life event features well-stocked rest stops every 10-12 miles, bike mechanics along the route, support vehicles, ride marshals, meals and much more.
