Great Strides
Tens of thousands of volunteers each year walk in Great Strides, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's largest national fundraising event. More than $35 million was raised to support vital CF programs in 2010, through Great Strides walks hosted across the country.

Aptalis CF Cycle for Life
The Aptalis CF Cycle for Life is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s premiere cycling event. The CF Foundation hosts CF Cycle for Life rides in dozens of cities across the U.S. that take bicyclists through some of the most scenic terrains in the nation. Choose from two routes: a 25-30 mile course perfect for any skill level, or challenge yourself with a 65-mile ride for experienced cyclists.
