Get involved near your campus or hometown by putting together your own Great Strides, CF Cycle for Life or CF Climb team.
Great Strides
Tens of thousands of volunteers each year walk in Great Strides, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's largest national fundraising event. More than $38 million was raised to support vital CF programs in 2011 through Great Strides walks hosted across the country.

Aptalis CF Cycle for Life
The Aptalis CF Cycle for Life is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s premiere cycling event. The Foundation hosts CF Cycle for Life rides in dozens of cities across the U.S. that take bicyclists through some of the most scenic terrains in the nation. Choose from two routes: a 25-30 mile course perfect for any skill level, or challenge yourself with a 65-mile ride for experienced cyclists.
Note: Participants must by 18 years or older.

The CF Climb is an exhilarating stair-climbing event that raises funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis. This is a timed event, but participants can climb at their own pace.
