On October 20, 2009, I will be honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at its “LA’s Finest’ event recognizing outstanding young professionals in the Los Angeles area. As a survivor of Cystic Fibrosis I am committed to raise money to help the foundation; the foundation that kept me alive my first 18 years. Read my story at CFCure.com.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a devastating genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. More than ten million Americans are symptomless carriers of the defective CF gene. Advances continue to be made in finding a cure, but your help is needed now-more than ever-to help keep up the momentum of this life-saving research. When the Foundation began in 1955, most children with CF did not live to see their first day of elementary school. Today, the median life expectancy for people with CF is almost 37. What am I doing for this great organization?

As a third-generation Realtor® in the Los Angeles and Las Vegas markets - and as part of the Young Professional Leadership Committee in LA, I launched Homes Sales For a CURE™. This project - which began on August 3rd – will allow me to donate $50,000 or more to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation with your purchase or sale of homes in Southern California. My family has been bringing families’ home for over 30 years. Please allow me to be part of your life and help you with all your real estate needs while giving back to this great organization.
