Friends and Family,

I am participating as one of the Bachelors in the 2012 Guys & Dolls Auction to raise funds to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Guys & Dolls is in its 12th year in Charlotte and features 30 young professionals who come together to make a difference in the lives of the 30,000 children and young adults in the US batting cystic fibrosis (CF).

As a participant in Guys & Dolls, I have agreed to raise funds as well as put together a fabulous date package that will be auctioned off on event night, February 25, 2012.

$0.90 cents on every dollar raised for Guys & Dolls goes towards CF research and care. Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disorder affecting 30,000 children and young adults across the nation. CF causes a thick, sticky mucous to build in the lungs and pancreas, and leads to a decrease in lung function over time. The disease is currently FATAL with a life expectancy of 37.

There are two different ways you can support me (and our cause overall).

1) Make a 100% tax deductible donation online that will go straight towards my fundraising effort by clicking the "Donate" button on my page.

2) Attend the event and cheer for me on stage! Tickets are $100 and include open beer & wine bar, passed and seated appetizers, a DJ and dancing, as well as entrance into the after party at Prohibition. Plus, you'll get to see me auctioned off on stage! (No booing, please)

Your donations ensure that all of those with CF live the longest, healthiest lives possible as the CF Foundation is the only organization researching to find a control, and one day a cure, for CF.

This truly is a great cause and I am honored to be participating for 2012.
