Charity Navigator, the country's largest independent evaluator of charities, has given the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation its coveted four-star rating for sound fiscal management. The four-stars are equivalent to "exceptional" and describe the charity as exceeding industry standards and outperforming most charities in its cause.
