The twelfth annual Ultimate Golf Experience (UGE) will be held at The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island outside Charleston, South Carolina. Condé Nast Traveler has named The Sanctuary one of the top ten North American resorts! This prestigious event, benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, will feature a combination of thrilling golf and luxurious accommodations that will delight both golfer and nongolfer alike!

You’ll enjoy three days of championship golf on exciting and challenging courses. Turtle Point, designed by Jack Nicklaus, features a beautiful low-profile design in which fairways and green settings are blended into the existing landscape. Rated 4 stars by Golf Digest, the course offers a tough test for all golfers with five par fours stretching 420 yards or longer.

You also will enjoy the stunning Osprey Point, designed by Tom Fazio, the best contemporary architect in golf. Golf Digest rates it 4 stars as one of the “Best Places to Play.” Golf for Women rates it #10 on their “50 Best Golf Courses for Women” list. It features four large natural lakes, fingers of saltwater marsh and dense maritime forests of century old live oaks, pines, palmetto palms and magnolias.

Finally, the tournament ends on the legendary Ocean Course, designed by Peter Dye. From a ribbon of pristine sand dunes stretching nearly three miles along the Atlantic Ocean at the extreme eastern end of the island, The Ocean Course is a 7,296-yard, par 72 layout reminiscent of the great seaside links of England and Scotland. Rated 5 stars by Golf Digest, this amazing course hosted the World Cup in 1997 and 2003 and will host the 2012 PGA Championship.
