Under twinkling Texas stars, more than 700 attendees enjoyed samplings of the finest cuisine in the Fort Worth area at the 65 Roses Wine and Food Extravaganza held last month at La Paloma Ranch.

Guests enjoyed food prepared by the area’s top chefs and rich wines from around the world, while bidding on exciting auction items to raise $342,000 for vital CF Foundation programs.

Chefs from MICHAELS Restaurant serve up fantastic food to help raise more than $300,000 to support the CF Foundation’s mission to cure and control the disease.

Attendees also showed their Lone Star State spirit by cheering on the Texas Rangers in their first World Series appearance in franchise history.

“The unique setting and generosity of the chefs set this event apart from everything else in town,” said lead chef Michael Thomson.

"I’ve been a part of this event since it began 11 years ago, and the strides that the CF Foundation has made in research and patient care are unbelievable.”
