CF Foundation Joins with Party City to Raise Funds for Cystic Fibrosis

October 5, 2012

This October, Party City, the largest specialty party goods chain in the U.S., is expanding its support of the CF Foundation with an in-store fundraising campaign during Halloween, its busiest time of the year.

Starting this Sunday, October 7, through October 31, more than 600 Party City locations nationwide will offer pin-ups to raise funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis. During this time, Party City customers will have the opportunity to donate $1 at checkout in support of the CF Foundation.

“We are deeply grateful for the generosity of Party City’s leadership and all those who make this campaign possible,” said C. Richard Mattingly, executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. “We’re looking forward to raising additional funds that are critical to helping us find a cure for the disease.”

This is the second year that the Foundation and Party City have joined together to raise funds to fight CF.
