I have been participating in GREAT STRIDES for more than 18 years, when my neice, Susan, was diagnosed with CF. She has since passed away, but our family continues to honor her memory with our participation in the GREAT STRIDES as TEAM SUSAN & NICOLE. It is because of your help that we continue to do great things.

GREAT STRIDES is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's largest and most successful national fund-raising event. This year, I'm walking in the GREAT STRIDES walk at the 2008 St. Louis - Tower Grove walk on 05/17/2008. Please help me meet my fund-raising goal of $150.00 by sponsoring me.
