When this picture was taken Trevor was two days old. We were on cloud nine and about to embark on a grand journey with our first child. We had no idea that cystic fibrosis had found us, we'd never even heard of it, and that it would rearrange our world so completely. Trevor turned 11 on February 22nd. What a journey it has been. Thank you for being a part of Team Trevor and helping us fight this disease.
We are determined to keep up the good fight so that Trevor will have an opportunity to experience all that the rest of us take for granted. We hope you know how you have helped us. You sustain us.
Please join us again as we walk to cure CF! Or, please help us by sponsoring us as we take small steps to do something much larger. We realize that many people have children, and those children have weekend events often. We are hoping that even if you can't join us and walk to cure Trevor's disease, you may still be able to help us by sponsoring us...Just "click to donate" and be a part of our incredible team...Team Trevor! And, if you're not busy on May 16th, please join us as we put one foot in front of the other to raise money together.
GREAT STRIDES is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's largest and most successful national fund-raising event. This year, I'm walking in the GREAT STRIDES walk at the 2010 York - York Beach Fire Department walk on 05/16/2010. Please help me meet my fund-raising goal of $15,000 by sponsoring me. Your generous gift will be used efficiently and effectively, as nearly 90 cents of every dollar of revenue raised is available for investment in vital CF programs to support research, care and education.
Making a donation is easy and secure! Just click the "Click to Donate" button on this page to go to make a donation that will be credited to my team. Any amount you can donate is greatly appreciated!
Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those with CF! Thank you for supporting the mission of the CF Foundation and GREAT STRIDES! Please visit our website at www.teamtrevor.org for more information about Trevor and his disease. Or, you can visit our family blog for an insider's view at www.gooniesamongus.blogspot.com.
God bless you and yours.
