Every May, walkers like myself and our team take part in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's (CFF) largest and most successful national fundraising event, Great Strides. This will be my family's third year taking part in Portland's walk at Oaks Park. My sons, my husband and I will all be there in May to show our deeply felt support for our dear friend and school mate, Ella.

As of right now, there is no cure for CF, but you can help do something to change that. Take a minute to figure out what you can do to help our team reach its goal.
