Dear Friends and Family,

Let's hope this April brings spring flowers and "no may showers," for the annual Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides Walk in Durham on Saturday April 17th, 2010. The approximate one mile walk raises money to continue the successful research for a cure to this genetic disease. This year many pharmaceutical companies, including Vertex, have a few medicines that have passed all three clinical trial phases. This year may bring many new drugs to the market. Let's help fund the need and raise awareness of the disease and the exciting research in progress.

So far total, Angels for Amber Team has raised over $20,000 for this event in the past. The Durham walk site raised $75k just last year. Every year our goal gets higher and this year the CFF would like us to top $85,000, and we can do it with your help.
