I live in Massachusetts, and I am attending law school. I recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a bachelor's degree in political science. Mental health is an important topic, and helping one another in the CF community is near and dear to my heart. When I feel anxious, I go for a run or do a crafting activity to relieve the stress. I used to think I didn't have time for this, but now I know that I need to make time to take care of my mental health.
