Student Traineeship Award

This program is intended to introduce students to cystic fibrosis research and encourage them to remain engaged in the field.

Applicants must be bona fide students enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or a doctoral program (i.e., PhD, MD, MD/PhD) and be interested in receiving additional cystic fibrosis-related research training.

Each applicant must work with a faculty mentor on a research project related to CF. The program provides a funding level of $4,000 to be used for stipend support and/or research costs. The award is paid directly to the awardee institution where the research will be performed.

Deadline

Applications must be submitted online on awards.cff.org by 5 p.m. ET on December 2, 2024.
