CF MiniCon: Transplant was a free online event on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021 that provided a space online for adults with cystic fibrosis, their families, and caregivers to learn about advanced lung disease and every stage of the transplant process, from considering a transplant to life post-transplant.

This event featured an opening keynote sharing the latest updates in research and transplant work, panel discussions, group chats, and small-group video breakouts to connect with others going through similar experiences on topics including:

  • Living and Coping with Advanced Lung Disease
  • Patient and Caregiver Relationship
  • Life Post-Transplant
  • How to Prepare for Transplant
