Thanks to Instagram, it's easier than ever to capture every special moment in your life, and to share them with your family and friends. And, I love to follow along! Now that I've been with the Foundation for a little more than a year, it's become part of my daily routine as the social media specialist to scroll through our feed to see what the cystic fibrosis community has been up to.

This routine has helped me meet so many people in the CF community. Check out my list below to see my favorite accounts of 2017 (that you should follow!), and see if one of your favorites made the list.

5. Tiffany Rich ( @tiffrich22)

Tiffany Rich, an adult living with CF, had two wishes: to meet Taylor Swift and to get a double lung transplant. In 2015, she crossed the first wish off her list and met Taylor Swift after one of her concerts in California. In 2016, after more than two years on the transplant list, she got the call for new lungs. Follow along as she chronicles her life post-transplant.

4. Justin Seleska ( @justinlivinlife)

If you're looking for motivation to keep up with your resolution to exercise in 2017, look no further than Justin, a 37-year-old living with CF. Based in sunny San Diego, he shares photos from his adventures surfing, hiking and running half marathons.

3. Wendy Lumsden ( @wendycaroline91)

Despite being diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at 6 weeks old, Wendy doesn't let CF stop her! The 25-year-old graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with her degree in music business, and is an avid saxophone player. She also enjoys knitting and documenting her life with CF on her personal blog, The Living, Breathing Wendy.

2. Matt Hively ( @mdhively)

A father of three, Matt Hively has 1-year-old twin boys, Grayson and Mason, who have cystic fibrosis. In addition to documenting what life with CF looks like for his boys through Instagram, he and his wife blog about their life on CF Double Trouble.

1. Desi ( @drivingmissdesi)

Ready for cuteness overload? Meet Desi, a 16-month-old living with cystic fibrosis. Desi and her parents, Jamie and Ross, are on a mission to raise awareness for everyone with CF through their Instagram account. Whether Desi is doing daily treatments or gearing up for another fundraising event, she's always got a smile on her face.
