As the Chief People Officer for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, I have the privilege of leading the people function for our innovative and mission-driven organization. Since our founding in 1955, we have been dedicated to our mission to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with CF the opportunity to lead long, fulfilling lives by funding research and drug development, partnering with the CF community, and advancing high-quality, specialized care.
We strive to be an inclusive organization where staff are united in our mission. We’re committed to fostering an environment where talented individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences have the opportunity to thrive. To quote our CEO, Dr. Michael Boyle, “let us look for every opportunity to better serve our community and support each other.”
As the people leader, I firmly believe in inclusion, growth, and engagement. In partnership with our leaders, every member of my team works to facilitate a culture where employees feel valued, are able to personally and professionally grow, and have a sense of belonging. This includes ensuring equitable talent practices, fostering inclusion, promoting recognition, and providing professional development opportunities for engagement and growth. It’s an exciting time to be at the Foundation!
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is a people-centered organization with a unifying mission and rewarding career opportunities. Being part of an organization that directly touches lives, and, in our case, saves and extends lives is incredibly meaningful.
With opportunities across the United States, I invite you to learn more about the Foundation and see if there is a career of interest to you.
