Mackenzie Kokoski

Mackenzie is a young adult who was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at birth. She underwent a double-lung transplant in 2019 and is now living her second chance at life to the absolute fullest. Because of her selfless donor, Mackenzie is now able to work again and is attending school to become an esthetician. She has a passion for creation whether it’s singing, dancing, or making YouTube videos. Mackenzie has even released a song called “Forever Changed” about her personal journey with CF and transplant.
