Trista is mother to a daughter, Paisley, and son, Liam, both of whom were born with cystic fibrosis. A graduate of Grand Canyon University with a BA in English, Trista works as a communications specialist and content creator for a non-profit organization. Additionally, Trista maintains a personal blog page and active Instagram account chronicling her experiences with pregnancy loss, grief, postpartum depression, and introduction into the CF community.
