To expand the availability of gastrointestinal (GI) experts in cystic fibrosis, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has created the Developing Innovative Gastroenterology Specialty Training (DIGEST) Program.

The CF Foundation has released this request for applications (RFA) for training awards to physicians who are interested in developing expertise in the gastroenterological care of people with CF.

Funding up to $30,000 per year for salary support and $3,000 for travel may be requested (plus 8 percent for indirect costs).
