By signing up for mobile text notifications, I authorize the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Foundation to contact me via the mobile phone number that I have provided for the CF Foundation to do the following:

  • provide public information about CF, including educational resources about CF;

  • engage with people to inform recipients of the research being conducted in the CF community via focus groups, surveys, or other means;

  • donation solicitations or follow-up communications related to CF or CF-related developments, events, or updates;

I understand that I am not required to sign this consent, and that signing this consent is not a condition for me to donate or volunteer with the CF Foundation.

I understand that I can opt-out of receiving CF Foundation notifications at any time by texting STOP to 234673, or by visiting https://www.cff.org/sms-opt-out. If I need additional information on CF Foundation text notifications, I can text HELP to 234673, or visit https://www.cff.org/about-us/contact-us.
