Reporting misconduct helps to promote and maintain an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment. The Foundation has outlined the process for reporting and investigating violations of its policies or other misconduct, including illegal or unethical activities, in Foundation-related work or at Foundation meetings, events, and activities.

Individuals who believe that they have experienced or observed suspected misconduct in Foundation-related work or at Foundation meetings, events, and activities should speak with a Foundation representative or other appropriate individuals responsible for representing the Foundation.

The Foundation will undertake a prompt investigation as may be appropriate under the circumstances, which may include contacting local authorities. The Foundation will not retaliate and has practices in place to protect individuals reporting suspected violations in good faith, or participating in related investigations, from facing retaliation.
