Center names with an asterisk are part of the cystic fibrosis lung transplant consortium (CFLTC), a group of 15 lung transplant centers in the U.S. and Canada that the CF Foundation convenes to provide expertise, biospecimens, and clinical data to a shared biorepository and registry.
